Every day, many customers consult the pressure sensor. Generally, customers only know that the pressure sensor converts the physical quantity of pressure into a telecommunications signal for our analysis and utilization. But few customers know what the internal structure of the pressure sensor is. In fact, the most important pressure sensor is the four major components, namely the conversion element, the sensitive element, the measurement element and the auxiliary power supply.

Pressure sensors are generally composed of sensitive components, conversion components, measuring components, etc., and sometimes auxiliary power supplies are added. The conversion element converts the output of the sensitive element into a signal that is convenient for measurement. Sensitive elements are elements that directly sense the measured and output other quantities that have a definite relationship with the measured. The measuring element transforms the output signal into an electrical signal, which is convenient for further transmission, processing, display, recording or control. Auxiliary power supply as a product must indicate the requirements for power supply, but not as part of the pressure sensor. Now the pressure sensor is generally equipped with auxiliary power supply to facilitate customers to use power.

These four major components support the pressure sensor, especially the three major components of the conversion element, the sensitive element, and the measuring element. It can be said that they are an indispensable part of the pressure sensor. The development of the pressure sensor is actually the development of these elements. But no matter how the pressure sensor develops, it is composed of these few components, which cannot be changed.
