The HW19P monocrystalline silicon pressure sensor is a highly stable monocrystalline silicon chip packaged into a 316L stainless steel matrix. The applied pressure is transferred to the monocrystalline silicon chip through the stainless steel diaphragm and the silicone oil sealed inside. The monocrystalline silicon chip does not directly contact the measured medium, forming an isolated structure, which is suitable for a variety of liquid media.
