HMFB3 intelligent industrial gear flow meter encloses two precision matched gears in a closed housing, non-contact sensor detects the rotation of the gear, generates a pulse for each tooth, and forms a metering chamber between the two teeth and the housing. The liquid flow drives the gear to rotate, and the liquid enters the metering chamber. In other words, the liquid in each metering chamber pushes the gear around just one tooth pitch, and the volume pulse (V) is measured in milliliters/pulse to identify the meter specification.
